Star Wars, Back To The Future, Indiana Jones, The Thing, Big Trouble In Little China, The Goonies, Masters of The Universe.  Each of the movies are connected through the efforts of one man, master movie poster artist Drew Struzan.  His unique style has inspired the careers of countless directors, artists, and actors (and even schmucks like me).

A new documentary called Drew: The Man Behind The Poster, chronicling the impact that Struzan has had on the film industry has a shiny new trailer.

When you have Hollywood types like Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Guillermo Del Toro, Frank Darabont and Harrison Ford homage to an artist, a man behind the scenes for so many years … you know there must be something special.

No release date has been set for Drew: The Man Behind The Poster, but when it’s announced I’ll be sure to follow up here.
