Sure, I always like David Warner, but Talbot was one of the few times we really got to see the underbelly of the Federation up to that point. Something about a pissed off, forgotten, chain-smoking Federation dignitary tickles me.

For me and my brother, the big joke in FF wasn’t “What does God need with a Starship” it was the dude who looked like lead of Midnight Oil. “I don’t believe you’d kill me for a field of empty holes.” “It’s all I have!”

Oh yeah, the compressed air rock guns were bitchin!
